Nutrition Coaching Services

 

All new clients will begin with a free, 15-minute consultation call to discuss your goals, the appropriate package for you, and to ensure that I am the right dietitian for you.

​All session content and pricing will be personalized to the needs & goals of the individual or group to ensure you are getting what you need out of our work. Potential focuses may include strategies for muscle gain or fat loss, improved performance/recovery, hydration strategies, injury recovery, appropriate supplement regimen, and much more.

1-on-1 Coaching

  • One 1-hour initial consult

  • One 30-minute check-in to assess progress towards goals

Coaching Package

  • One 1-hour initial consultation

  • Four 30-minute check-ins to monitor progress towards goals

Monthly Subscription Package

  • One 1-hour initial consult

  • Weekly check-ins via email

  • Two 30-minute video check-ins per month

Macronutrient Goals

  • One-time macronutrient goals

  • Lifestyle changes also provided to support progress towards goals

  • May be a one-time plan, or may be combined with video or email check-ins

Customized Plans

  • I offer a variety of services to best meet the needs of the individual, club, team, or organization. If you are interested in something different than what is listed above, please inquire to discuss customized plans.
